Creative Virtual to Present Knowledge Management Showcase at the Customer Strategy and Planning 2016 Conference

Chris Ezekiel, Founder & CEO of Creative Virtual, will present a lunchtime showcase to demonstrate the powerful uses of intelligent virtual assistants and knowledge management.

The 2016 conference focuses on the theme of ‘Breakthrough Performance: further, faster, together’ and features a combination of keynote addresses, technology showcases, innovation case studies and networking opportunities. Creative Virtual’s showcase will give attendees an inside look at the organisation’s innovative contact centre solutions that bring together natural language virtual assistant technology (V-Person™) with a powerful knowledge management, workflow management and business intelligence reporting platform (V-Portal™). The session will cover breaking down information and departmental silos to create consistency, keeping content accurate with a feedback loop in line with industry best practices, and building confidence with customers while achieving top customer and employee satisfaction scores.
