Frank’s presentation is entitled “Come As You Are: Multi-Modal Interface is Essential to Mobile Customer Engagement,” and will focus on how to create compelling mobile customer experiences while exploring how companies can leverage currently available technologies on mobile devices to create meaningful engagements.
