Lucy answers questions for O2
Lucy, created in 3D for great reality, is an example of an avatar which displays a number of ‘emotions’ depending on the conversation taking place at the time.

Through the use of cookies, Lucy is able to ‘remember’ a user’s name and create a more personal experience. Open Ask Lucy and tell her ‘My name is Chris‘. Close the window, begin a new session and she will greet you by name.

O2 has deployed the Ask Lucy Virtual Assistant on both their Pay Monthly and Pay & Go pages. Creative Virtual’s implementation of Site Context allows Lucy to, without asking which type of service the user is inquiring about, provide specific answers depending on the area of the site from which the interface has been launched.
