Creative Virtual to Present an Industry Expert Session at the Digital Customer Experience Strategies Summit

Schneider and Pippen will share key insights on how intelligent virtual agent technology can be used to reduce email and call volumes, increase customer engagement at a lower cost per conversation, and be used across web, mobile, social, SMS, contact centres, service desk, live chat and IVR channels.
