Founded in 1898, Renault is a global name in the automotive and motor sports industries today. In fact, in 2009 Renaultsport was named Top Gear Magazine’s Manufacturer of the Year. For Renault, quality is achieved through a simple four-point formula: Listen, Guarantee, Last, Serve. Renault UK were looking for a better way to serve both current and potential customers visiting their website when ClicktoCall (now ContactPartners) first introduced them to the concept of a virtual assistant in 2006 and then to Creative Virtual’s unique solutions in 2007.
Visitors to the Renault UK website come in search of a wide range of information, and so Renault were searching for an online solution that would answer questions from individual, corporate, current and potential customers about car models, warranties, servicing, financing, the Renault brand, environmental aspects and advice.
Renault was also preparing at the same time for the launch of the new Twingo model in the UK and was looking for a way to market it on their website. The Creative Virtual virtual assistant solution offered the range and flexibility to meet both parts of this challenge.
