CRMXchange Tech Tank Roundtable: IVR and Self-Service

Inspired by the hit reality competition show Shark Tank, CRMXchange’s first ever Tech Tank for IVR and Self-Service will be held on Tuesday, 17th June 2014 beginning at 6 pm UK time/ 1 pm ET. This 60 minute online roundtable event will feature self-service solutions designed to lower support costs while increasing customer satisfaction.
