Creative Virtual Exhibiting at Call Centre & Customer Management Expo 2012

On 2nd and 3rd October 2012 Creative Virtual will be exhibiting at Call Centre & Customer Management Expo, Europe’s number one exhibition and conference for customer contact and customer management solutions. The Expo, being held at the National Hall in London Olympia, is designed for individuals and organizations within the contact center and customer management industry looking to find ways to work smarter and operate more efficiently. The event will feature over 200 leading suppliers along with a Customer Service Excellence Arena, speed networking sessions and three dedicated solutions theaters.

Located on stand H16a, Creative Virtual will be showcasing their V-Person™ (virtual assistant) technology during both days of the Call Centre & Customer Management Expo. V-Person solutions are designed to increase customer satisfaction and improve customer communication whilst at the same time raising agent productivity and retention.

Visitors to Creative Virtual’s stand at the exhibition will be able to view live demonstrations of how V-Person works, hear about the variety of ways current clients have successfully implemented this technology and compare the wide range of customizable features and integration options available. Creative Virtual will also be providing a preview of V-Portal™, their new intelligent knowledge management, workflow and reporting system, which provides tightly integrated editing, testing, workflow and reporting functionality.
