Creative Virtual Named as Finalist in 2014 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service
8th annual awards will be presented on February 21 in Las Vegas
Creative Virtual, a leader in customer experience self-service solutions for global enterprises, was named a Finalist in the categories of ‘New IVR or Web Service Solution’ and ‘Sales or Customer Service Solutions Technology Partner of the Year’ in the eighth annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, and will ultimately be a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award winner in each category.
The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious International Business Awards and the new Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.
The final results will be announced during a gala banquet on Friday, February 21 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Finalists from the U.S.A. and several other nations are expected to attend.
More than 1,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, an increase of 36% over 2013. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 129 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges. Entries were considered in 43 categories for customer service and contact center achievements; 43 categories for sales and business development achievements; and categories to recognize new products and services and solution providers.
In 2013 Creative Virtual was named the winner of a Silver Stevie Award as part of the 10th Annual International Business Awards in the category of Most Innovative Company of the Year in Europe. The company’s advanced technologies in knowledge management, natural language processing and virtual assistants, brought together in the critically acclaimed platform V-Portal™, have garnered this attention from the Stevie Award judging panels.

More than 100 members of seven specialized judging committees will determine the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging, to take place January 27 – February 5.
