Speech to Focus on Mobile Customer Engagement with Currently Available Technologies


Frank Schneider, VP of Customer Experience Solutions for Creative Virtual will present at the Gilbane Conference as part of the “Re-imagining the Future: Technology and the Postdigital Experience” track on Wednesday, December 3rd at 1:30 PM.  Schneider’s presentation is entitled “Come As You Are: Multi-Modal Interface is Essential to Mobile Customer Engagement,” and will focus on how to create compelling mobile customer experiences while exploring how companies can leverage currently available technologies on mobile devices to create meaningful engagements.

“The mobile customer experience is becoming essential to the customer journey, and companies must develop an omni-channel strategy that creates a seamless transition from mobile to online to phone,” Schneider said. “The number of people performing a majority of their business transactions via mobile devices is increasing every day, and businesses must be ready for this demand whether customers wish to speak, type or tap to access information and receive support.  Personalization via backend integrated knowledge management is also an essential component in the mobile customer experience.”
