We are looking for a new junior knowledgebase builder for our Sydney team, and require an enthusiastic person, with a logical approach to problem solving, keen to learn and willing and able to work with a dynamic group of people whilst focusing on computer-based tasks.
A complete knowledge and understanding of the English language and the use of Microsoft Office (particularly with Excel) are musts, experience with Visio is a bonus. You should have a good grasp of basic html. Experience with Python Script and/or XML is welcome but not required.
If you are also able to write in Chinese this would be beneficial as we are expanding our systems into Hong Kong & China.
It’s important for our team members to have the ability to manage their time, resources and projects effectively and also troubleshoot problems and hurdles as and when they arise. Minimum of 2 years work experience or university degree required.
This is an entry-level part-time position with many possibilities to grow.
