Last month we shared the news that Creative Virtual was named as a finalist in the 2014 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service in two categories. I can now announce that we are the proud winners of a Silver Stevie Award in the category of ‘New IVR or Web Service Solution’ and a Silver Stevie Award for ‘Sales or Customer Service Solutions Technology Partner of the Year’. Congratulations to the whole Creative Virtual team!
As mentioned previously, we owe these awards (as well as our first Stevie Award win last year) to V-Portal™, our knowledge management, workflow and business intelligence reporting tool. Developing V-Portal has been a labour of love for us, and it’s truly rewarding to have our vision and hard work recognised with these prestigious honours. I am extremely proud of this ground breaking, innovative piece of technology. In his review, Mitch Kramer of the Patricia Seybold Group called V-Portal a ‘significantly strong differentiator in the industry’. Not only is it a differentiator for us as a company, but it also allows our customers to differentiate themselves from their competitors through consistent, accurate, seamless and personalised customer experiences.
Another big thank you to the Stevie Awards and the judging panels for recognising our hard work and accomplishments from among a very impressive and deserving group of finalists. These awards are a testament to the important role knowledge management, natural language and virtual assistant technologies play in the sales and customer service space today.
