Creative Virtual has created our 2015 Customer Support Outlook Survey to better understand how corporations are creating successful customer experiences. Our 2015 survey is serving as a follow-up to the survey we ran in 2013 which gathered information regarding companies’ customer support goals as they relate to current practices, future intentions and the role of various tools in their customer service environment. A full copy of the 2013 survey results can be downloaded here. We received a lot of great feedback on the insights provided by the findings of our first survey, and are looking forward to seeing how views on customer experience strategies, common challenges, and engagement tools have evolved along with customer expectations.
