Creative Virtual, a world leader in customer and employee engagement solutions, is a sponsor of the CXtech Conference and Technology Showcase for a second year. The event is co-located with the AI & Robotics Conference in London and will highlight the technology transforming customer experience (CX).
Liam Ryan, Sales Director at Creative Virtual, is a keynote speaker at the conference. He will present a session titled From FAQ Systems to Conversational Chatbots: The Evolution of Customer Experience as part of the CX Tech Stream. His keynote will explore how chatbot and virtual agent solutions have become sophisticated self-service tools that can create conversations with users and deliver personalised support. Liam will also share live demonstrations of effective chatbot, virtual agent and live chat solutions currently being used by organisations to deliver quality customer service.
“In its infancy, chatbot and virtual agent technology wasn’t much more than a basic FAQ system valued mostly for its ‘cool factor’,” says Liam. “There are still many of those simple tools on the market today, so companies need to be selective when choosing a self-service solution. I’m looking forward to sharing some important tips for selecting, implementing and maintaining a conversational chatbot that can deliver the personalised, seamless service and support customers expect.”
As an event sponsor, Creative Virtual will also take part in the Technology Showcase, providing demonstrations of our award-winning chatbot, virtual agent and live chat solutions throughout the day. Conference attendees visiting the Creative Virtual stand will be able to see more live demonstrations of conversational AI solutions and arrange an individual workshop to build a business case for this technology within their own organisations.
More information and registration options for the conference are available on the CXtech website.
