In little more than a week, Frank Schneider and I will be traveling up to Boston to attend Gilbane Conference 2013. Frank, our VP of Customer Experience Solutions, will be part of a mobile engagement panel with a presentation entitled “Come As You Are – Multi-Modal Interface is Essential to Mobile Customer Engagement.” It will focus on how companies today can put into place thoughtful strategies that will promote meaningful mobile customer engagements.
This week we have been prepping for the speech and we look forward to a lively discussion with members of the audience during the panel. Frank’s presentation will be part of the “Re-imaging the Future: Technology and the Postdigital Experience” track on Wednesday, December 3rd at 1:30 PM. Since we are always crafting ideas around and consulting with clients on what makes mobile customer engagement sing, it will be exceedingly interesting for us to see what our peers are doing and what they are learning out in the marketplace.
The Gilbane Conference will be held at the Westin Boston Waterfront from December 3-5 in Boston, MA.
