Prestigious Recognitions for Commercial Bank of Dubai

In a region where competition among financial organisations is high, the Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) pride themselves in being a progressive and modern banking institution and are setting themselves apart from their competition by providing their customers with an innovative and personalised experience. These successful efforts by CBD are being recognised most recently by two prestigious award programmes.

In March, CBD was announced as the winner of an impressive three Banker Middle East UAE Product Awards in the categories of ‘Best Kiosk Interface’, ‘Best New Online Service’ and ‘Best Online Banking Services’. Winners of these awards were determined by a peer-vote process, not internally by Banker Middle East or by a panel of judges, and are designed to encourage, inspire and reward distinction in the banking industry.

CBD has also been named as a finalist in two categories, ‘E-Commerce and Digital Experience’ and ‘Marketing Social Media and Brand’, as part of the International Business Excellence Awards 2015. This is the inaugural year for this awards programme which is designed to provide companies from across the world with opportunities to showcase and gain recognition for their hard work and great business results. Winners will be announced at a Gala Awards Dinner in May following two days of live presentations by all finalists to small panels of judges.

These announcements are particularly exciting for us at Creative Virtual because CBD’s virtual assistant Sara played a large role in several of these recognitions.
