INTERACTIONS APAC 2015: Discover. Connect. Inspire.

By Chris Ezekiel, Founder & CEO

I’m excited to be back in Australia and to be headed to the Gold Coast next week for INTERACTIONS APAC 2015. This is the first year Creative Virtual will be exhibiting at this annual event, and I’ll be joining Patrick Gallagher, Managing Director of Creative Virtual Australia & New Zealand, for the conference.

INTERACTIONS APAC, which will be held at the Marriott Resort & Spa Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, Australia, will kick-off with a pre-conference day on Tuesday, 20 October and continue on 21-22 October with dedicated curriculum tracks and a wide variety of sessions focused on customer engagement, unified communications and collaboration technologies and best practices to execute on customer experience imperatives.

In addition to exhibiting at the event, we will also be taking part in the digital segment of the Demo Track on Wednesday afternoon when I’ll be giving a live demonstration of V-Person™, Creative Virtual’s natural language virtual assistant technology. The best way to truly understand how this technology works is to see it in action, so I’m pleased to have this opportunity to show how our innovative solutions are enabling organisations to offer positive, consistent customer engagement. Organisations are faced with the difficult task of keeping up with always on, digital customers who are more connected to each other and brands than ever before. Creative Virtual’s Smart Help tools are designed to help companies offer 24/7 support and assistance to customers to improve the customer experience while also reducing support costs.

If you’ll be attending INTERACTIONS APAC 2015, I hope to see you at my demo session. Be sure to stop by the Creative Virtual stand to meet myself and Patrick and learn more about our bespoke self-service solutions. If you won’t be at the event but are interested in seeing our technology in action, view our recent Technology Innovation Showcase webinar on-demand or request your own personalised demo.
