Looking to the Future at the Customer Engagement Summit

Customer engagement – two words that on the surface sound simple, but in reality bring with them a plethora of challenges for organisations. With connected, tech-savvy customers expecting 24/7 access to information and support, as well as options to engage over a growing number of channels and devices, organisations have no choice but to evolve with these changing expectations or risk losing their customers.
