Next Stop: Innovation Showcase Competition in Denver

By Richard Simons, CEO, Creative Virtual USA

Creative Virtual will be featured as a participant in the BAI Retail Delivery’s first Innovation Showcase in Denver on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at the Colorado Convention Center.  Out of 80 organizations that applied to compete, we were selected “as one of the newest, most impactful solutions that will bring value to banks and their customers.”   As I look forward to the BAI Expo next week, I am excited to hear and experience what other advances in innovation have been made in retail banking.  Of course, I am most excited to show off the Creative Virtual solution to showcase how exactly we can bring value to financial services organizations, and hopefully bring home the Innovation Showcase Award.

As a participant in the Innovation Showcase, I will be giving an eight-minute demonstration on how Creative Virtual technology can help move the retail banking industry forward.  As part of the “Big Data Innovations” segment, which will take place in Mile High Ballroom 4 from 9:50 – 10:45 AM, I will explore how Creative virtual can help banks build strong customer loyalty by building a better, personalized customer experience across channels.

Bringing the customer back to customer service is really something that organizations, especially banks, struggle with.  Consumers want to perform transactions around the clock, yet they still crave that personal recognition from their bank.  Even when customers do business with a “super-bank,” they still want to know their business, their wages, perhaps even their life savings, actually means something to the bank and is not just spare change to the bank’s bottom line.  And personalization is something Creative Virtual excels at.  We can offer different account users and different cardholders specific features depending on the products and services that they actually use with your bank. And since personalization is done through the use of an intelligent virtual agent, customers don’t have the hassle of holding for a live customer service representative or waiting for business hours.  I hope to prove just how strong this solution can be in terms of improving the customer experience across all channels during my “rapid-fire” presentation at the Innovation Showcase.

The BAI Retail Delivery Expo will run from November 5-7th and is expected to attract 1600 senior level bankers, with over 200 exhibitors and sponsors in attendance. I invite you to attend the Innovation Showcase demonstrations on the first day of the event and then stop by the Creative Virtual table to cast your vote for the Innovation Showcase Award.
