Tuesday the 5th was quite an exciting day for me personally as I had the privilege of presenting an eight-minute, rapid-fire live demonstration of Creative Virtual technology in action at the BAI Big Data Innovation Showcase. No PowerPoints were allowed, so all attendees got the chance to see various technologies in action. I was able to demonstrate to an audience of 200 banking executives you can talk to your banking app just like you do to Siri. Our mature banking template is being utilized by some of the largest financial institution in the world, which we are now making available to mid-size banks and credit unions to improve their customer experience.
Thanks to all the Innovation Showcase attendees who stopped by Creative Virtual’s stand to meet Steve and myself and hear more about our V-Person™ Finance technology and financial services template. V-Person Finance has over 3500 questions pre-built, meaning that the time to implement this intelligent virtual agent is cut down by 75%. The template is a great option for banks as it’s easy to get up and running, as well as very easy for customers to interact with from any device.
After my presentation I was able to mingle with other representatives of the technology showcase and expo attendees. There were a myriad of banking solutions exhibited addressing everything from IVR technology to operations and retail. It was certainly a great opportunity to present Creative Virtual technology specifically to the retail banking audience and exciting to receive such a high level of interest from both show attendees and other participants in the Innovation Showcase.
The next stop for Creative Virtual will be the Gilbane Conference from December 3-5 in Boston, MA. VP of Customer Experience Solutions Frank Schneider will discuss mobile customer engagement as part of the segment “Re-imagining the Future: Technology and the Postdigital Experience.”
