Creative Virtual, a world leader in customer and employee engagement, knowledge management and self-service solutions, today announced the celebration of the company’s fifteenth anniversary. Founded in London, United Kingdom in November 2003 by Chris Ezekiel, Creative Virtual began trading in January 2004 with a focus on providing web-based natural language virtual agents. Over the past fifteen years, the company has diversified their product offerings and embarked on a global expansion.
Today the company’s headquarters remain in the United Kingdom with operations also located in the United States, Australia, India, Singapore and Hong Kong as well as an extensive global Partner Network. Through these international offices and strategic partnerships, Creative Virtual seeks to provide their customers with localized support and collaboration. The company’s global expansion is an ongoing endeavor with a growing list of supported languages and additional partnerships planned to be announced in 2019.
Creative Virtual’s product portfolio has expanded over the fifteen years of the company’s history as well to include an innovative suite of products designed to deliver seamless, fully-integrated, end-to-end engagement for customers and employees. Their virtual agent and chatbot technology, V-Person™, brings together artificial intelligence (AI) and human input to provide reliable automated customer and employee self-service. In 2016 the company officially launched V-Person Live Chat™, an innovative live chat solution that combines self-service virtual agents and human customer service agents for a fully integrated support experience.
