Creative Virtual Sponsors the Intelligent Assistants Conference in London for a Second Year
Motability Operations will present a case study showcasing how they use Creative Virtual’s virtual agent technology
Creative Virtual, a world leader in customer and employee engagement, knowledge management and self-service solutions, is once again a sponsor for Opus Research’s Intelligent Assistants Conference (IAC) in London. The conference will be held 4-5 May 2017 at Claridge’s Hotel and will address the theme of ‘helping humans harness the power of intelligent assistants’ through a series of keynote addresses, expert panel discussions, case studies and networking opportunities.
Llaura Hughes, Training & Communications Manager at Motability Operations, will present a case study showcasing how the organisation uses a blended approach of a virtual agent and interactive process maps to meet their key initiatives and achieve top-ranking customer and employee satisfaction scores in their contact centre. Motability Operations has partnered with Creative Virtual since 2007 to deploy their ‘Ask Mo’ virtual assistant.
Creative Virtual’s Head of Operations, Rachel Freeman, will join the ‘Stepping up to Conversational Commerce’ panel on Day 1 of the conference. She will draw from her extensive experience collaborating with organisations to develop and implement virtual assistants to create seamless customer journeys and her first-hand knowledge of how the technology and solutions have evolved over the years.
Peter Behrend, CTO at Creative Virtual, will help Opus Research end the event as part of the closing panel, ‘Future of Intelligent Assistance’. Having played an instrumental role in the development of Creative Virtual’s V-Person™ and V-Portal™ technology, Peter continues to drive ongoing development work and brings a wealth of insight to the discussion. This will be his second year speaking as an expert panellist at IAC London.
