It’s hard to believe it’s almost time for the NetFinance show. The conference begins next Monday in Miami and promises to bring together a great group from the financial services industry.
Richard Simons, CEO of Creative Virtual USA will be speaking during one of the micro sessions on Day 2: Omnichannel and Big Data Day. He will speak at approximately 12:35PM and will present several demos of Creative Virtual’s V-Person™ in action. Richard will also be providing some analytics on current trends that speak to the increasing demand of consumers on being able to self-serve. He will provide some real world examples on customer experience best practices and will discuss some of the reporting functionality necessary to enhance the customer experience.
