Scott is the Vice President of Sales for Creative Virtual USA. In this role, he collaborates with various Fortune 500 clients and partners in the financial services, telco/cable/wireless, insurance, healthcare and travel industries to help improve customer experience through innovative technology solutions that promote smart customer journeys while facilitating seamless multi-channel interactions with reduced customer effort. Scott is an expert in the customer service and contact center arenas with previous roles at Five9, Unify and Sprint. He is a graduate of the College of William and Mary.
